Dear flybaboo team, I do know what it means to work in the service industry. I would like to congratulate your entire organisation on an "outstanding" performance you extended to my family while travelling from Prague to Geneva and back (booking reference YYSNVP). This positive experience has started right at your website, which to me is very professional and easy to access, to the booking centre - tollfree number and the flight operation itself including the friendly handling of small children during the flight. I was positively surprised by the professional handling of the cxl. of the initial flight to Prague (as Prague airport was closed due to snow) and the immediate notice on my phone of the postponed reservation. We travel at least 4 to 5 times to Geneva and are certainly convinced that your company will always be our first choice. We are recommending to everybody to consider your services, which certainly is the best what can happen to a company in this industry.

I am writing to congratulate your company. In fact, I used your service for the first time in August to go to Spain for a week and simply wanted to tell you that I was very satisfied with the flight! Actually I expected something in the Easy Jet line (airline-type fast food) and was very surprised that this was not the case. The crew (hostess, captain, etc.) was very pleasant, the plane was very comfortable and for once there was sufficient leg room (I am rather tall and am always wedged into my seat). I very much like the young and professional concept and I also like the idea of the newspaper which, though once doesn’t make a habit, reflects the spirit of Geneva very accurately. Our national company should take a lesson!!!
I wish you every success for the years to come and continue in the same vein! For my part, I shall not fail to fly with you again in the future.

Your magazine is inspired and very useful, your timetables are perfect, no waiting in deserted airports, it was sheer bliss.

Congratulations on the quite fabulous white and red hostess’s uniform. From every point of view, it’s all leagues away from the abominable Easyjet.

Christmas on Time!

With the snow and sleet forecast for Christmas Eve, everyone doubted I would make it to Lugano for my families Christmas dinner. With a dog greeting me at the plane - the Flybaboo mascot I presumed and not the pilot - I realized that everything was going to be ok. The sky was clear and there wasn't a snowflake in sight. I made it to Lugano right on time, thanks Flybaboo. The only hitch was that I missed my father-in-law at the Lugano airport. I eventually found him and we rushed home to start the Christmas celebrations. Thanks again Flybaboo for getting me to my family for Christmas.

Getting to Venice for my son's birth.

Mr Cook,
Thank you for getting me to Venice in time to attend the birth of our first child. I had been participating to the World Summit on the Information Society in Geneva when I got an SMS from my wife telling me that birth was imminent and that she was being kept in hospital. Rayan is born on 12-12-03 at 10.55 am. He weighs 3.5kg for 51cm. Mom is fine and resting. 3 weeks ago, there were no direct flights between Geneva and Venice... and I probably would've missed the child's birth.

Again my warmest thanks to Flybaboo for setting up this liaison and flying to Venice on time, as scheduled.

Dear Sir, We should like to thank you for allowing us to enjoy an unforgettable experience thanks to Flybaboo.

In fact, we left on the morning of 13 November for Lugano where we spent a pleasant day before taking the plane again in the evening; although we had for some time felt a strong attraction for each other, we had however always remained at the level of friends, until this famous return flight.
