BACK FRONT-OFFICE AGENT

Baboo is a Geneva based airline with a growing network of European destinations. As part of our expansion plans, we are actively seeking to complete our dynamic Customer Care team with a: Back & Front Office Agent


Major responsibilities

- Assist our clients in case of irregularities providing them with support and help
- Answer, solve and follow up their requests and complaints
- Apply refund policies considering our guidelines
- Maintain and help to improve the standards of quality and the image of Baboo in coordination with the members of the team and the rest of the company
- Produce reports on major incidents, requests and complaints faced 


Requirements :

- Excellent written and spoken English and French are a must, other languages are a plus
- Good computer skills: MS office, GDS and Sabresonic are a plus
- Previous experience in customer care is appreciated
-  Client and service oriented
-  Diplomacy, positivism and patience
-  Stress resistance
-  Ready to work on irregular shift-work schedule
